Travel to/from Civana Wellness Resort + Spa
On-site purchases at Civana's boutiques, food + drink other than at planned group meals, participation in Civana's pay-for-participation classes
Accommodations before or after the retreat dates

What’s included in the price?
The closest airport to Civana Wellness Resort + Spa is Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Civana is located approximately 40 miles northeast of the airport.
Transportation to/from the airport can be arranged directly through Civana. The resort offers shared airport transfers three times each day at a cost of $60 roundtrip or $35 one-way. Private airport transfers are also available, starting at a cost of $300 roundtrip or $175 one-way. Transportation should be arranged directly with Civana once you've confirmed your retreat reservation.
Free on-site parking is available if you choose to drive to Civana.
Please note that it is not recommended to rely on Uber or Lyft for rides to the airport from Civana because drivers will not "accept" pick-ups from the resort and often cancel pre-arranged rides at the last minute.

What’s included in the price?
Attire for the entire weekend is comfortable, relaxed and casual. There are a variety of experiences available, from outdoor adventures and yoga to spa and fitness, so you'll want to pack for various activities.
You may wish to pack workout clothes, outdoor attire, lounge wear, comfortable footwear (sneakers, sandals), and something relaxed and casual for dinner. Don't forget to pack your swimsuit and sun protection!
Daily temperatures in mid-April are typically range from the high-70's and low-80’s during the day, and evenings cool off to the low-50's. A light jacket or sweater is recommended for outdoor evening activities.

Because the BEST LIFE Retreat is limited to 10 women, refunds are ONLY available if I’m able to find another woman to take your spot. Because of non-refundable commitments made to the hotel, spa and restaurants, NO refunds will be given after February 1, 2026 However, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member.
