Because I don’t just talk about midlife reinvention—I actually did it.
On paper, my life looked picture‑perfect:
Award‑winning attorney. Beautiful home. Vacation place in the mountains. Great marriage. Nice cars. Stamps in my passport. I had everything I was taught to want… and yet, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing.
Then, at 44, on the verge of making partner at a large firm—literally, the job I’d worked two decades to land—I did the unthinkable. I walked away. Not because I couldn’t do it. But because I finally admitted to myself that I didn’t want it anymore.
I didn’t leave my life to have less. I left because I wanted more—more meaning, more joy, more freedom, more of a life that felt like me.
Now, as the founder of the School of Midlife®, I help other high‑achieving women do the same thing: ask better questions, let go of what they “should” want, and create what’s next for them. Redefine success on their terms. Get crystal‑clear on what they actually want in this season of life—and build a life that feels aligned, grounded, and exciting again.
If you’re nodding along? You’re in the right place. Let’s figure out what you actually want, so you can live your best life in midlife and beyond.
